Highland Farms aims to spread the benefits and knowledge of A2 free-range desi cow milk by crafting a range of small-batch artisanal products. Situated in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, our indigenous cows graze alongside the Aravalli range. We practice true free-range grazing to give you the most natural A2 products with no added preservatives from the time of grazing to production. We specialize in a wide range of farm-fresh A2 products crafted from the purest free-range desi cow milk, including milk, ghee, butter, paneer, artisanal cheeses, curd, buttermilk, flavored milk drinks, and indulgent desserts.
